Terms and Conditions
Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If you are scheduled to attend an event or receive a service and do not attend, you will forfeit your miles and will not have them refunded. If you purchase a service or event ticket for a particular date and you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place, subject to these terms and conditions and provided that they meet all eligibility requirements.
Resale: Products and services sold through the site may not be re-sold or bartered, and such sale or barter is expressly prohibited. Any products or services transferred in violation of this rule may be confiscated or canceled.
Transfer: Services and products may be shared by the member as described on the listing (for example, a listing for a service for two people may be shared by the member with a guest). Products may be purchased by members and gifted to family members.
Cancellation: For events or services which may be rescheduled, you may be given a period of time to reschedule in the discretion of Atmos Rewards and the Unlocked Partner. If you do not reschedule within such time period, your miles will be forfeited.
Flights: Flights included with this package are operated by Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines only. Partner airline flights are not included as a part of this package. Flights flown through Atmos Rewards Unlocked are ineligible for point and status point accrual. Guests must start and end their trip from the same city.

Day 1 – Thursday, April 16 | Arrival in the Desert
· 4:00 PM – Check-in at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa
· Afternoon/evening – Unwind by the pool, explore the resort, or head out for a relaxed dinner nearby. Ease into the weekend ahead.
Day 2 – Friday, April 17 | Coachella Festival – Day One
· Morning – Enjoy breakfast at the resort and a slow start to the day.
· Early Afternoon – Board the Coachella shuttle and arrive at the Empire Polo Club.
· Afternoon & Evening – Experience the opening day of the festival with VIP access. Move between stages, relax in shaded VIP areas, and enjoy specialty food and drink options throughout the grounds.
· Night – Return to the resort by shuttle and wind down after a full day of music.
Day 3 – Saturday, April 18 | Coachella Festival – Day Two
· Morning – Breakfast at the resort followed by free time to relax, lounge poolside, or explore the area.
· Afternoon – Shuttle to the festival grounds.
· Spend the day immersed in performances, VIP lounges, and exclusive amenities across the festival.
· Night – Shuttle back to the resort for a restful evening
Day 4 – Sunday, April 19 | Coachella Festival – Day Three
· Morning – Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a relaxed start to the day.
· Afternoon – Return to the festival for the final day of performances.
· Evening – Take in the closing sets and final moments of the weekend before heading back to the resort.
Day 5 – Monday, April 20 | Departure
· 11:00 AM – Check-out and depart Palm Springs for your return home
