This practice is a moving meditation, beginning and ending with a crystal alchemy sound bath, that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and more connected to your heart and to Mother Earth. Surrounded by the cliffs of Zion, beneath the sun or moon and stars, your Cosmic Flow session will be a transformational piece of your journey that you'll always remember.
This magical experience is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and is perfect for the solo traveler, for couples looking for a deeply meaningful way to connect, for family vacations and reunions, for wedding celebrations, as well as for wellness retreats and events of all kinds.
Cosmic Flow has two incredible outdoor locations to choose from.
*Classroom 1, located only a few minutes from Open Sky, is magical and off the beaten path, on a side of Zion that most don’t get to see. It’s incredible for sessions at sunset and beneath the stars, and is definitely the most adventurous option. Choose this classroom for the experience of a lifetime. (Note: Limit 6 people.)
*Classroom 2, located just outside of the main entrance to Zion National Park, is absolutely beautiful and really convenient. Book your session here to enjoy a symphony of bird songs and the river that carved Zion Canyon flowing beside you as the soundtrack to your session. This location is extra special in the morning, as the sun rises over the cliffs of Zion. *Indoor option available.
