Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If you are scheduled to attend an event or receive a service and do not attend, you will forfeit your miles and will not have them refunded. Cancellation: For events or services which may be rescheduled, you may be given a period of time to reschedule in the discretion of Atmos Rewards and the Unlocked Partner. If you do not reschedule within such time period, your miles will be forfeited.
